Architectural and engineering services were provided for the renovation of an existing 7,200 square foot warehouse and office area to convert the building into an automobile service garage. The building was gutted to allow for new construction. The architectural and engineering services provided included: schematic design, process layout, construction drawings and construction follow up. The construction drawings integrated service garage equipment, a compressed air system, and a bulk oil storage and delivery system.
